Ross Garner

Ross Garner is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning development and content creation. At Mindtools, from March 2020 to February 2025, Ross served as Chief Learning Officer and head of various teams focused on creating impactful workplace learning content. Prior roles include freelance Web Assistant for STV Commercial, where entertainment news coverage was provided, and a freelance content writer at Bigmouthmedia, producing web content across diverse topics. Additionally, Ross worked as a researcher and writer for Catalyst Creative, crafting a documentary script on New Zealand's red meat sector. Ross holds a Master of Science in Digital Education from The University of Edinburgh and a BA (Hons) in English and Journalism from the University of Strathclyde.
