Tracey McDonald is currently the Head of Learning Experience Production at Mindtools, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as a Learning Experience Manager at both Mind Tools for Business and Emerald Works from 2014 to 2025. Tracey gained experience as a Design Team Leader at eCom Scotland in 2013 and worked as a Multimedia Designer with eCom Scotland Ltd from 2006 to 2012. They earned a BA (Hons) in Visual Communication from Gray's School of Art, Robert Gordon University, from 1998 to 2002.
