We primarily offer Hot Yoga, Yoga and Pilates classes to strengthen the body and mind, various types of massage to release lingering tension, Fascia Blasting, Nutrition and Wellness coaching, and Infrared Heat Therapy to let the body detox from the inside out.  Our licensed, experienced, and compassionate teachers and therapists offer the latest in alternative fitness techniques, body treatments, anti-aging therapies, and nutritional wellness.  We have Corporate Wellness Programs to help companies cut their Health Care costs through our Lifestyle Programs which encompass natural interventions, knowledge, and leadership.
