Mind Your Way helps brilliant minds shine in Australian higher education and research.

Since 2011, we’ve partnered with individuals and teams at over 30 Australian universities to deliver personalised, evidence-informed support that’s driven by an intimate understanding of clients’ needs.

Our goal? To see clients confidently pitch their projects, solutions, and achievements to funders and selection panels while thriving as authentic leaders at work and in life.

We get it: Academic life has its ups and downs! That’s why we work holistically with people, ideas, and texts through our grant support, coaching, and academic promotion services.

Grant support: From intensive one-on-one grant edits to group workshops and online courses, our purpose-built grant support services cater to clients' and sponsors’ needs.

Coaching: Our coaching services for individuals and groups help clients navigate the promises and pitfalls of academic life by building satisfying careers as leaders in their field.

Promotion: In tune with structural and cultural barriers to promotion, we help clients craft stories of performance and impact that support academic advancement.

Working with universities and research institutes across Australia, Mind Your Way has supported academics to secure over $100 million in competitive research funding to date.

Our degree-certified coaches bring over a decade of experience and expertise in delivering flagship diversity, equity, and inclusion programs at leading universities.

The Mind Your Way team unites professional editors, philosophers, scientists, literary scholars, journalists, and coaches who have honed their skills in delivering on our mission: to help clients’ brilliant minds shine, on and off the page.
