Welcome to Mind2Mind Counselling, where your story matters.

I'm a dedicated counsellor and mental health practitioner offering compassionate, personalized therapy for children, young people, and adults. With a warm, inclusive approach, I support clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, autism, neurodivergence, trauma, stress, grief, and low self-esteem.

My practice is rooted in diversity, empathy, and respect—open to individuals from all backgrounds, honouring each person’s unique experience.

I use a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs, including:
🌿 Person-Centred Therapy
🧠 Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
🌀 Psychodynamic Therapy
💬 Talking Therapy
🧭 Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Coaching)

While I specialize in these evidence-based methods, I also incorporate creative tools such as art-based techniques when beneficial.

I provide therapy in English, French, and Lingala, with conversational support in Spanish, making mental health care more accessible across cultures and communities.

With extensive experience working with children and young people, and as a mother of two, I understand the emotional and academic challenges they face—and how these affect family dynamics. Whether through counselling or coaching, I empower young minds with tools for resilience and confidence.

At Mind2Mind Counselling, it’s not just about managing difficulties—it’s about building self-acceptance, emotional strength, and lasting change.

Let’s work together so you or your child can thrive—mind to mind, heart to heart.
