Sofia Derradji

Sofia Derradji currently serves as Directrice générale adjointe and Directrice des Richesses Humaines at Mind7 Consulting since November 2016, overseeing various HR processes, ensuring compliance with procedures, and managing relationships with management. Previously, Sofia held several roles at Gfi Informatique from April 2012 to October 2016, including Responsable Recrutement France and Responsable Recrutement Pôle Digital, where responsibilities spanned the entire recruitment process and strategic sourcing.
