Anthony Garzo

Anthony Garzo is a Senior Complaints Consultant at Minda Incorporated since October 2021, specializing in managing and resolving complaints within the Quality and Safeguarding department to improve service quality and care under the NDIS framework. Previously, Anthony served as a Client Services Manager for Community Supports, overseeing service delivery for over 200 individuals with disabilities and working with a dedicated team to promote independence and social inclusion. Earlier experience includes a role as a Therapeutic Support Worker at Junction Australia and a Disability & Youth Support Worker and Acting Service Coordinator at Yourkids Children & Youth Services. Anthony holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of South Australia, along with multiple degrees in Anthropology, International Development, and Psychology from the University of Adelaide.
