Nijo Joy

Nijo Joy is an experienced professional in the field of social work and disability support with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Deputy Cluster Manager at Minda Incorporated since October 2013, Nijo is responsible for providing services and support to clients with intellectual disabilities while leading a productive team to maximize client choice and inclusion. Previous roles include Support Leader, Disability Support Worker, and Team Supervisor, where Nijo focused on customer service, team guidance, and the implementation of care plans. Nijo's early experience as a Consultant with the Kerala State AIDS Control Society involved developing strategies for youth interventions and leading health education programs. Nijo holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Calicut and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mahatma Gandhi University, complemented by a Diploma of Community Services from the South Australian Learning Centre.
