Byron Sletten

Byron Sletten is a Creative Advocate with a rich background in fine arts and over 30 years of experience in computer graphics and art-related projects. They served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois, teaching graduate-level art and design courses, and later became VP of Creative Services at Group360, mentoring numerous designers and digital artists. Currently semi-retired at MindActive, Byron focuses on digital media and cross-disciplinary collaborations, including a notable project with Pulitzer Prize winner Ted Kooser. They hold an MFA in fine art from the University of Florida and a BFA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
