Jason Farquhar

Jason Farquhar has a diverse work experience in the field of neural interfaces and machine learning. Jason is currently a Research Scientist in Neural Interfaces at Meta, a role they started in July 2022. Before joining Meta, Jason served as the Head of Machine Learning at MindAffect starting in August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour as an Assistant Professor from September 2006 to July 2019.

Jason Farquhar completed their education with the following credentials:

- From 2000 to 2004, they attended the University of Southampton, where they earned a Research Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence.

- In 1996 to 1997, they studied at The University of Edinburgh and obtained a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence.

- Earlier, from 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at the University of Southampton.
