Deniz Ay

Deniz Ay has considerable experience in eCommerce and customer relations spanning various roles across multiple companies. Most recently, Deniz held positions as Solutions Team Lead and Solutions Architect at MindArc, and prior to that served as Head of Ecommerce at Step One. Previous roles include eCommerce Trade and Digital Product Manager and Ecommerce Specialist at Mr Vitamins, and E-Commerce Operations & Trade Coordinator at Plastral, focusing on trading in B2C and B2B markets. Deniz's background also includes case management and complaints consulting at IAG, along with quality assurance and dispute governance roles at ANZ. Throughout these positions, Deniz has demonstrated strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
