Chrys Jerrett

Chrys Jerrett has over 35 years of experience in international corporate management, strategic consulting, and people development. They have worked as a Professional Coach, Mentor, Consultant, and Motivational Speaker at Level Up Coach since 2016, focusing on optimizing performance and creating a growth culture. They have also served as a Leadership Coach at Nkuzi Change starting in 2023, unlocking the potential of middle leaders. Additionally, Chrys has been an Associate Coach at Mindbeat and an Associate Partner of Leadership Choices since 2020. They have worked as an Owner at Hobyar Associates since 1989 and as a Coach at Munich University of Applied Sciences from 2020 to 2020. They were also a Talentedly Coach at Talentedly in 2019, helping companies build happy workplaces. Prior to these roles, Chrys worked as an External Consultant and Project Manager at M-Net from 2012 to 2016, as a Consultant and Project Manager at Unitymedia from 2010 to 2012, and as a Development Manager (Interim) at Lloyds Banking Group - International Financial Services (Germany) in 2010.

Chrys Jerrett's education history is as follows:

Chrys received a BSC(Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury, starting in 1978 and completing the program in 1981.

In 2016, Chrys attended the Coaching Academy, where they studied coaching. They also pursued further coaching training at CTI co-active (Schouten & Nelissen) from 2016 to 2018.

Chrys gained expertise in Organizational and Relationship System Coaching by attending CRR Global in 2017 and 2018.

Additionally, Chrys explored the Science of Happiness at the University of California, Berkeley in 2016.

In 2019 and 2020, Chrys deepened their understanding of Neuroscience by completing the Fundamentals of Neuroscience program at Harvard University.

Chrys completed the u.lab - Leading from the emerging future program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017.

Chrys also obtained various certifications, including Certified Embodied Facilitator from Integration Training & Embodied Facilitator Course in November 2020, Dare to Lead Trained certification in May 2019, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from Co-Active Training Institute in May 2018, and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in January 2020.

Chrys pursued professional certifications in areas such as Scrum Master from The Scrum Institute and Prince II Practitioner from the ILX Group.

Chrys also holds additional certifications in TMForum Frameworx, eTom from TMForum in February 2015, ATCL Speech & Drama from Trinity College London, and Associate in Public Speaking from the New Zealand Speech Board.
