Elisa Krantz has a diverse work experience spanning various consulting and management roles. Elisa is currently the Co-Founder of Mindbeat, a company focused on upskilling talent and creating personalized learning experiences. Previously, Elisa founded baton&baton, a people and organization development company that partnered with organizations to deliver customized solutions. Elisa also held leadership positions at YSC, a premier leadership consultancy, including Director of London and Europe, Head of YSC India, and Managing Consultant. Elisa's earlier career included roles as an OD and L&D Manager at Merrill Lynch, an MSc research assignment at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and a Human Resources Consultant at PwC Consulting - People & Organization.

Elisa Krantz's education history begins in 1985 when they attended Scuola di Cassarate in Lugano, CH until 1988. Following this, they enrolled at Sacred Heart Catholic School from 1988 to 1994. From 1994 to 1996, Elisa attended Saint Edward's School. Continuing their academic journey, they pursued a BSc in Psychology (Hons) at the University of Malta from 1996 to 2000. In 2002, Elisa studied Business and Occupational Psychology, completing an MSc at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2003.
