Peter Moss has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Peter started their career as a Managing Director at Ginsburg Malan & Carsons Consultants and Actuaries (Cape) (Pty) Limited in 1993. Peter later became a Shareholder/Partner/Consultant at Citadel Investment Services in 1998. At Cebano Consultants (Pty) Limited, they held roles as a Shareholder/Director/Consultant, focusing on remuneration consulting.

Peter Moss ventured into entrepreneurship as a Shareholder & Director at BeenThere Technologies, where they helped promote brands through viral picture sharing and developed a social media innovation called BeenThere.tv. Peter also worked as a Business Mentor at Everwise, providing guidance and support to entrepreneurs.

Peter Moss has a strong coaching background, having worked as a Business Coach and Facilitator. Peter has been an Associate Coach at CoachMatching (Pty) Ltd and Mindbeat, specializing in high-performance coaching for executives, leaders, teams, and individuals. Peter joined BetterUp as a Premier Fellow Coach, where they received training in evidence-based approaches to personalized development. Currently, they work as a Business Coach at EZRA Coaching, focusing on developing leaders and enhancing employee motivation, productivity, and retention.

Throughout their career, Peter Moss values service through relationships and strives to ensure all participants engage and address challenging issues constructively. Peter draws from over 20 years of experience facilitating various topics and working with teams of different sizes.

Peter Moss has a diverse education history spanning various fields. In 2010, they obtained a Diploma in Practitioner Coaching from The Coaching Centre. In 2014, they completed a certification course at Personal Strengths South Africa to become a Certified Level 1 Qualified Strengths Deployment Inventory Facilitator, specializing in Relationship Awareness Theory. The following year, in 2011, Peter pursued Emotional & Social Competency Inventory (ESCI) training at The Hay Group, focusing on EQ/EI Assessment. In 2018, they became a Neurozone Certified Coach after completing a program at Neurozone, which delved into the study of Neurobiology and Neurosciences. Most recently, in 2020, they earned a Certificate in Conscious Business Coaching from BetterUp Academy. Additionally, in 2020, they attended Positive Acorn for a course called "Understanding Happiness." Furthermore, way back in 1985 to 1986, Peter Moss undertook a Diploma in Business Management from Executive Education, specifically studying Business Management.
