Snehal Ponde has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent management, leadership development, and human resources.

Currently, Snehal is serving as the Chief Talent Advisory at Caliber8 Recruitment since April 2023. In this role, Snehal is responsible for setting up the Talent Advisory Practice and providing solutions for people challenges through assessment solutions, leadership programs, coaching interventions, and onboarding assistance.

Before joining Caliber8 Recruitment, Snehal worked as an Affiliate Coach at uExcelerate starting from March 2023.

Prior to that, from October 2021, Snehal served as the Founder of Bodhi Tree Consulting Pte Ltd. During this time, Snehal worked as a Life & Career Coach and Leadership Trainer, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and well-being awareness.

In the past, Snehal held leadership positions in renowned companies. From July 2018 to December 2019, Snehal worked as the Head HR at Edelweiss - Private Wealth Management, driving HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

Prior to that, Snehal worked at Godrej Properties Limited from April 2017 to July 2018 as the Sr General Manager of HR, leading talent management, diversity and inclusion, and business partnering initiatives.

From 2011 to 2015, Snehal served as the Head of Talent Management at Godrej Industries Limited and Associate Companies, where they played a crucial role in strengthening the leadership pipeline, succession planning, and developing talent programs.

Before joining Godrej, Snehal worked at TATA Communications Ltd. (fka VSNL) from 2008 to 2011 as an Assistant Manager in Learning and Development, designing and implementing global leadership and behavioral programs.

Earlier in their career, Snehal worked at Cerebrus Consultants as an Associate Consultant from 2007 to 2008, focusing on development centers, employee satisfaction surveys, and campus recruitment projects.

Snehal Ponde completed an MBA in HR from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from the University of Mumbai between 2001 and 2005. Their early education includes attending Bombay Scottish School in Mumbai from 1987 to 1999, where the field of study is unspecified.
