Tracy S. has over 25 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Tracy began their career in 1992 as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for The Upjohn Company, selling in the CNS market and calling on Psychiatrists and Primary Care physicians. In 1998, they joined Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. formerly Sepracor as an Executive Regional Business Manager. In this role, they successfully launched Latuda leading a team of 9 territories in the Philadelphia area. Tracy was responsible for coaching team, achieving and or exceeding sales goals, making strategic business decisions, managing budget, recruiting and hiring, along with developing and promoting qualified representatives. In 2023, they began working as a Behavioral Health Account Manager for Mindbloom.
