Henry Rose

Henry Rose serves as the Senior Director of Engineering, Consumer at Mindbody, overseeing global teams and modernizing technology stacks with a focus on technical vision, talent development, and quality automation. Prior to this role, Henry was the Director of Engineering for Digital Experiences at Doma, where a 25+ member team successfully delivered multiple customer-facing products while enhancing operational efficiency. Henry's experience also includes leadership positions at CBRE Build, managing product development and site reliability engineering teams, as well as roles at Porch, Cheezburger, Optify, Zillow, LUX Media, and the University of Washington, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering and team management across various industries. Henry holds a BS in Informatics and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Washington.
