Olivia Brafman is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic account management and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts for EMEA at Mindbody since December 2019, Olivia has successfully led a team to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts with a focus on APAC and EMEA, and Manager of Strategic Accounts EMEA, where Olivia was instrumental in building and mentoring teams while enhancing enterprise customer experiences. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Business at Ministry of Sound Fitness, developing their first fitness studio, and various roles at Quintessentially Foundation, including Board of Trustees member and Business Development Manager, where Olivia managed significant fundraising and marketing initiatives.
