Rusty Patty

Rusty Patty currently serves as the Global Technical Recruiting Manager at Mindbody, leading Engineering and Product Recruiting teams across the US, LATAM, and India since November 2024. Previously, Rusty held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at GOAT Group from February 2022 to November 2024, and prior to that, served as a Recruiting Manager at Amazon, where responsibilities included leading a team to support growth in the Consumer and Operations Technology organization. Rusty’s experience also includes working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Toshiba America, focusing on full cycle technical recruiting, and as a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, managing lifecycle recruiting for Fortune 500 companies. Rusty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Montevallo.
