Joe Welch is the Global Vice President of Customer Transformation at MindBridge, where they oversee the Global Services Organization, focusing on implementation, customer success, and support. As a member of MindBridge's Senior Leadership Team, Joe ensures that customer insights drive strategic initiatives. With over a decade of experience in management consultancy and internal audit, Joe has held various roles, including Senior Manager at Protiviti UK and Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young. Joe is an ACA chartered accountant and holds a BA and MSc in Accounting & Finance from the University of Exeter.
