Silke Feys

Silke Feys holds dual Master's degrees in Business Economics and Bioscience Engineering Technology, both earned with magna cum laude honors from Ghent University. Feys currently works at MindCapture as a T&B Manager, Life Sciences Business Consultant, and Scientific Talent & Market Researcher from August 2023 to July 2025. Previous experience includes a role as a Master Thesis Student at ILVO Living Lab Agrifood Technology, where a research project was conducted on high-throughput sequencing for virus and bacteria detection, as well as an internship at DESOTEC focused on quality control, sample analysis, and documentation.
