Tom Lammens

Tom Lammens is a dynamic business leader with a background in electromechanical engineering and strategic management. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development at MindCapture, Tom supports clients in life sciences and cleantech with tailored consulting services. Previously, Tom held multiple roles at ALTEN Belgium, where responsibilities included managing the Life Sciences business line and driving business development efforts. Tom's entrepreneurial spirit was showcased through founding Valico, and they also gained valuable experience as a management trainee at Start it @KBC. Tom's educational background includes a Master's in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from KU Leuven and an extended master's degree in Innovation & Strategic Management from Solvay Brussels School.
