Placing people and businesses on a growth trajectory.

Mindcor was founded in 1998 in South Africa. In 2014, our business became the exclusive Southern African Partner of the InterSearch Worldwide organisation of top executive search firms and Mindcor-InterSearch was created. Today, Mindcor-InterSearch is a top tier international Premium Recruitment and Executive Search Consulting firm.

We live in a digitally transforming world where the Board and CEO agenda is dominated by the challenges associated with finding those extraordinary people who build modern businesses. It is unquestionable that distinctive talent translates into competitive advantage and superior business performance.

We partner with our clients to design the very best talent acquisition solutions to these challenges. Through these partnerships, our purpose is placing people and businesses on a trajectory of growth, to help individuals build their careers, and to help South Africa build a better future.

Our clients demand talent acquisition solutions relevant to their business needs and goals, so we create everything we do around our clients, while being driven by our passion to help them succeed.

As a business, we are dedicated to delivering social impact, transformation, diversity, and inclusion and have achieved a Level 2 BBBEE status.
