Devika Tampi

Devika Tampi currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Economic Opportunity and Head of Development for Gender Equality at Minderoo Foundation since November 2022. Previously, Devika held the position of Chief of Staff at Alive Ventures, where responsibilities included team engagement, operational effectiveness, and managing special projects. Devika has extensive experience in corporate development as a Senior Manager at Fidelity Investments, focusing on strategic partnerships and investments in FinTech. Devika also contributed to the FinTech community as a Program Director at Empire Startups, and engaged with stakeholders at the International Council on Mining and Metals. Early career roles included managing a large-scale public mobilization event at Global Citizen, developing social impact strategies at BHP Billiton, and working as a Sponsorship Manager at RAC WA. Notably, Devika is an attorney and has furthered education through programs at The Wharton School and The University of Western Australia.
