Currently serving as the Manager of Arts & Culture at Minderoo Foundation, Joel oversees the WA Arts Strategy and its associated programs. Previously, Joel held various roles, including Creative Learning & Education Manager at AWESOME Arts and Senior Arts Programming Officer at Bunjil Place, contributing significantly to community engagement and arts programming. With a rich background in performance, education, and event production, Joel passionately advocates for the inclusion of historically excluded voices in the arts sector.
