Cameron Laker

Cameron Laker is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in founding and leading multiple companies. As Co-Founder and CEO of Mindfield since December 2005, Cameron has been instrumental in helping organizations streamline their recruitment processes and decrease costs for high-volume hiring. In addition to Mindfield, Cameron co-founded Poolhouse Pools Inc. in June 2022, focusing on building custom pools in the Okanagan region, and Par Six Golf Media in January 2020, which specializes in content marketing for golf brands. Cameron also co-founded EdgePro Equipment Rentals in February 2023, catering to contractors and DIYers with equipment rental services. Prior experience includes serving as Campus Development Director for Enactus Canada from July 2002 to July 2005. Cameron holds a degree in Integrated Management Studies from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, gained from 2000 to 2002.
