Mindful Career exists to help people make one of the most important decisions of their lives, who they are becoming and how their work, studies, and direction should support that.

We are a psychology-led career and academic advisory firm serving clients across Canada and the U.S., with select global engagements. Our work supports students, professionals, executives, and families navigating moments where the “right next step” feels unclear, high-stakes, or overwhelming.

What makes Mindful Career different is our foundation in behavioural and counselling psychology. We don’t rely on trends, personality clichés, or generic coaching advice. Instead, we use validated assessments, behavioural analysis, and real-world labour-market insight to help clients understand how they are truly wired — and how to make decisions that align over the long term.

We support:
- Professionals and leaders navigating transitions, burnout, or misalignment
- Students and families making academic and career pathway decisions
- Institutions and schools seeking structured, ethical career guidance
- Businesses and organizations supporting employees through career development, transitions, and outplacement
- We also specialize help government employees and veterans with their career and next steps.

All services are delivered by a trained and supervised team of qualified counsellors and psychologists, within a clear, ethical, and outcome-focused framework.

At its core, Mindful Career is about clarity, fit, and confidence, helping people move forward with direction they can trust.
