The financial, humanitarian and ecological crises, show us the importance and urgency to create a sustainable way of living with each other to safeguard the future of further generations to live on our planet.

"Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." (Brundtland Commisison United Nations 1987)

A sustainable way of living at home, work, and in our society requires being mindful of own needs with respect for the needs of others, and the environment.

This concept of "Sustainable Living" is the basis of the Mindfulness Coaching Mediation & Training coaching and training programme for individuals and organizations.
