Mindfulness Leader, NFP is dedicated to creating a positive change in the lives of our youth through teaching them the art of Mindfulness. As a first-of-its-kind educational program serving high school and university students, this project-based curriculum teaches young leaders 23 core principles, providing them with invaluable life skills. With over 8,274 students' lives transformed since 2017 and counting, the Mindfulness Leader program has been formally recognized
 by the White House and the Mayor's Office of Chicago. 
Mindfulness Leader is expanding our impact nationally and globally through our Licensed Mindfulness Curriculum, Train the Teacher Digital Platform for those who want to deliver the program in their own organizations and communities. 

 Mindfulness Leader is an in-school program and a Train the Teacher Digital Platform for organizations interested in offering Mindfulness training. The train-the-teacher model is delivered in a 26-module live course over a 12-month period 1- and 3-year curriculum licenses are available so schools and communities can access the training materials whenever and wherever it is most convenient.
