Nirajh D has garnered comprehensive experience in human resources through various internships and roles spanning several companies. Starting as a Human Resources Intern at TI Cycles of India in August 2017, Nirajh D acquired knowledge in safety induction processes and performance management systems. Subsequent internships at Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd., Kaar Technologies, TVS Sundram Fasteners Ltd., and Orchid Pharma involved diverse HR activities such as performance appraisal benchmarking, recruitment processes, tele-screening, and candidate coordination. In February 2022, Nirajh D joined Metagraph Digital as a Human Resources Generalist, progressing to Human Resources Lead and currently serving as Human Resources Executive at MindGraph since December 2023. Nirajh D holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the Madras School of Social Work.
