Philipp Kraft is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mindgroup, a consultancy focused on transformative solutions for software companies. Currently serving as a Digital Transformation Executive (interim) at Cloudflight, Philipp drives operational and strategic initiatives for global innovation. Previously, as Chief Customer Officer (interim) at GENII Software Group, Philipp enhanced operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across B2B software subsidiaries. As Chief Operations Officer at Realcube, Philipp orchestrated a complete transformation of the platform and business strategy, leading to significant market expansion. Philipp's experience includes a senior role at E.ON, where product innovation and digital initiatives were key focuses, and at Amazon, where strategic marketing and program management contributed to the launch of Amazon Echo in Europe. Philipp holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Master’s degree in International Management from Hochschule Neu-Ulm.
