Timothy Sanders

TJ Sanders is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and digital strategy. Since September 2020, TJ has been serving as Design Manager and Lead UX Designer at Mindgrub, where responsibilities include developing research plans, creating user personas and journeys, and mentoring junior designers. Prior to Mindgrub, TJ worked at Planit as Digital Strategy Supervisor and SEO/Content Analyst, focusing on analytics, content strategies, and marketing automation. Earlier roles included Associate Interactive Strategist at MGH, Inc., and Digital Marketing Staff at Intersect Healthcare, alongside an internship at MRIGlobalSearch. TJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Towson University, with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations.
