Eric Thompson is currently the Executive Creative Director at Mindgruve, a position they have held since the merger of Icon Commerce and Mindgruve in June 2025. Prior to this, Eric served as a Creative Director at Icon Commerce from 2022 to 2025, and held various senior art director roles at Possible Worldwide, TREMOR™, and Northlich between 2000 and 2015. Eric completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design at Eastern Kentucky University from 1991 to 1995.
