Ryan Troha

Ryan Troha is the Media Director at Mindgruve, where they lead client relations for First Horizon Bank and develop international planning processes. Previously, they served as Associate Media Director, managing a team and establishing a comprehensive channel strategy for the same client. Their career began at Initiative in various roles within Digital Partnerships, culminating in overseeing media campaigns for Amazon Prime Video. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Integrated Marketing Communication from San Diego State University.
