Heather Larson

Heather Larson has over 20 years of work experience. Heather began their career in 1997 as a Special Diagnostics Unit at Delray Medical Center. In 2000, they became the Sales & Contracts Manager at Careers USA, Inc., where they managed, trained and directed branch office personnel at 13 branch offices throughout the eastern United States. From 2002 to 2012, they were the Director of Business Operations at AllianceCare, where they provided executive team and field operations with actionable business intelligence through reporting and statistical analysis. In 2012, they became the Director of Operations & Administrator at Caregiver Services Inc (CSI), where they managed all facets of home care, supplemental staffing and skilled health care services for Palm Beach County. In 2013, they became the Director of Network Operations at HearUSA, where they were responsible for daily operations, business development, and staff performance for a leading national distributor of hearing aids. Finally, in 2014, they became the Director of Operations & Business Services at MindHARBOR, Inc.

Heather Larson attended the State University of New York College at Cortland from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a BS in Economics & Business Finance.
