Estera Fodorean

Estera Fodorean has work experience in various roles and industries. In 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Aneva Human Resources for a few months. The following year, they gained further experience in Human Resources as an Intern at Genpact for three months. In 2020, Estera joined Automobile Bavaria as an Accounts Receivable employee, where they worked until 2021. Estera then transitioned to Floraria Magnolia as a Human Resources Manager and stayed there until 2022. Currently, Estera is employed at mindit.io as a People & Project Manager, starting in September 2022.

Estera Fodorean completed their education with a Master's degree in Project Management and Programme Evaluation from "Babeș-Bolyai" University Cluj-Napoca, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university between 2017 and 2020.
