Mindjam Media is a YouTube-first franchise format development studio and production engine. Founded by Zeke Rodrigues Thomas, with Brent Coble as Partner, Mindjam crafts flagship YouTube formats and builds the operational infrastructure required to scale them.

We partner with creators, brands, and media companies to design repeatable, audience-driven formats — then architect the production systems, post workflows, staffing models, and distribution strategy needed to sustain consistent, high-quality output. Our focus is simple: build formats that grow, compound, and monetize over time.

Our work has earned major industry recognition — including honors from the Webby Awards and multiple wins at the Signal Awards for Avatar: Braving the Elements, as well as the iHeartRadio Podcast Award for Ologies with Alie Ward — while reaching and engaging millions of viewers and listeners worldwide.

Most recently, Mindjam partnered with House of Highlights to develop and execute Clash, a high-energy sports debate and competition franchise engineered specifically for YouTube. Beyond creative packaging, we built the content engine behind the show — enabling recurring shoots, scalable post, and platform-native distribution designed for growth.

We don’t just produce shows.
We build YouTube franchises.

If you’re developing your next flagship format — and need the creative and operational muscle to scale it — let’s talk.
