Aravind Jayanti

Aravind Jayanti is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the staffing industry, currently serving as Director of Sales at Mindlance since May 2015. With a career that includes roles such as Associate Director and Account Manager at Mindlance, Aravind has contributed to the growth of one of the largest diversity-owned staffing firms in the United States. Prior to Mindlance, Aravind held positions including Manager of Client Engagement at Estuate, Inc., and Account Executive at Sparta Consulting, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and expanding operations. Aravind's background also features roles in business development at Fujitsu Consulting, Quinnox, 3i Infotech, and Miracle Software Systems. Aravind holds an Executive MBA in Software Marketing from IICT and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Osmania University.
