Ashish Saxena is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the staffing and consulting industry. Since March 2005, Ashish has been with Mindlance, where the focus has been on creating a scalable service delivery model driven by strong processes and exceptional quality, while fostering trust and relationship-building within the business ecosystem. Prior to Mindlance, Ashish held the position of Head-Offshore Staffing Operations at Pyramid Consulting from 2003 to 2005, successfully establishing offshore sales and account management models for US staffing. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Manager at FCS Software Solutions from 2001 to 2003, managing the US IT staffing business for the California Bay Area. Ashish holds a Master's degree in Management from IPM, completed in 1998.
