Ayasha Kadri has extensive experience in recruitment management, currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Mindlance since October 2016. Ayasha has progressed through various roles at Mindlance, including Associate Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Lead, Associate Team Lead, and Senior Recruitment Executive, demonstrating a strong ability to manage teams, train new recruiters, and develop recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
