Gargi Gera

Gargi Gera is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Team Lead Recruitment at Mindlance since July 2020, where the focus is on developing a scalable service delivery model centered on client relationships and performance excellence. Prior to this, Gargi held leadership positions at Varite Inc, overseeing teams of recruiters, and worked as a Non-IT Recruiter at Integrated Resources, Inc, contributing to direct-hire and contract recruitment efforts. Earlier in the career, Gargi gained experience in HR operations and recruitment at Sovereign Health Group and Fiaza International, and began in recruitment at HCL Infosystems. Gargi holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Amity University.
