Nikki Foster

Nikki Foster possesses extensive experience in community relations, corporate social responsibility, and diversity and inclusion, with a career spanning over two decades. At Citigroup from August 2005 to August 2015, Nikki served as Assistant Vice President of Community Relations & Communication Employee Engagement, driving engagement initiatives for a large workforce and enhancing corporate social responsibility through partnerships and volunteer programs. Subsequent roles included Staffing Specialist and Assistant Vice President at Citi, followed by a position at The Mosaic Company as Community Investment Manager - Diversity & Inclusion, where Nikki led global strategies for community investments and served on the Global Diversity Council. Currently, as a Consultant in Corporate Social Responsibility at Mindlance, Nikki coordinates CSR activities for DTCC, fostering a culture of giving back within the organization. Nikki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Eckerd College.
