Mindlike is an independent human centric investment firm that was founded in October 2021. We invest in companies that could use or require reinvigoration to remain competitive, relevant or viable in an ever-changing market, ranging from succession issues up to complete restructuring cases.

Mindlike has developed a human-driven and conviction-based method backed with data validations to support the transition to long-term sustainable growth companies. We have a unique combination of operational experience, financial clout and structuring capabilities. Add to that our extensive knowledge of business and market transformations, allowing for a distinct investment strategy that includes honest and transparent shared value creation without ceding financial returns.

We believe that society as a whole can benefit in an economically viable way from the value created through private investments. We are convinced that the investment industry, together with entrepreneurs, should be a catalyst for positive change. To lead by example, break down conventional investment models and to design a new, holistic view on value in which not only shareholders benefit, but all stakeholders. Our mission is to create true long-term value with a strong determination to raise the bar and benefit society financially, socially and ecologically, ultimately leaving the world a better place.

We dare to change established practices with a big smile and big heart.
