Tom Apps

Tom Apps is a seasoned Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in guiding teams towards effective and human-centered work practices. They served as an Operator in Military Intelligence with the British Army from 2008 to 2017, and have contributed to various roles in Agile environments across notable companies such as JLR and Ansys. Currently, Tom is the Senior Agile Delivery Lead at MindLink and has previously organized the UK User Group for The Liberators Network, fostering a community for Scrum practitioners. Tom emphasizes the importance of asking, “What is the best thing we can do today?” as a vital practice for continuous improvement.
