Ninel Sinelnichenko

Ninel Sinelnichenko is a qualified psychologist with extensive experience in both clinical practice and administrative roles. Currently serving as a psychologist at Mindly since June 2023 and in private practice since February 2020, Ninel has a solid foundation in human behavior and psychological assessment. Prior to these roles, Ninel worked as a Recruitment Operations Administrator at Ciklum, where responsibilities included managing HR databases, processing CVs, and collaborating with internal recruiters. Additional experience as a Logistic Specialist Assistant at АСТРА Агростроительный альянс involved shipping documentation and data management using Excel. Ninel has also held positions in business development and event management, contributing to client acquisition and operational coordination.
