Sageer S.

Sageer S. began their career in 2004 with Jasubhai Digital Media as a Senior Audience Development Executive and Team Leader. In 2005, they moved to Maxval Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they worked as a Key Process Analyst and Trainer. In 2008, they took on the role of Head of Sustainable Technologies and Water Management at Surmount Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Sageer returned to Maxval Technologies Pvt Ltd in 2011 as a Senior Business Analyst and Head of Process Excellence. Most recently, in 2021, Sageer joined Mindmatrix as a Senior Project Manager, where they are a firm believer in data analysis in business projects and processes for performance improvement.

Sageer S. began their educational journey in 1999 when they obtained their SSC from St Joseph High School. Sageer then went on to pursue a Diploma in Computer Technologies from Maharashtra Institute of Technology in 2003. In 2004, they obtained an Oracle 8i with Visual Basics 6.0 Certification from Boston University. Afterwards, Sageer S. completed a BBA in Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU in 2009. Sageer also obtained a LEED AP from USGBC in the same year. In 2010, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Sales & Marketing from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU. In 2012, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma. In 2021, Sageer S. obtained a Global Certificate in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from INSAID. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: a Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate from CertiProf in 2021 and an IBM Data Science certification from Coursera in 2020.
