Daniel Perez-Marcos has a strong background in research and academia. Daniel started their career as a Research Assistant at TU Ilmenau in 2003, and then went on to work as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UNIVERSIDAD MIGUEL HERNANDEZ DE ELCHE from 2006 to 2007. Daniel further pursued their research career at Institut d'Investigacions Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS) as a Postdoctoral Researcher from 2008 to 2012. Daniel's most recent role was as the Lead of Health Incubator & Science Coordinator at MindMaze, where they started in 2012.
Daniel Perez-Marcos completed their education in a chronological order. Daniel first attended Escuela Politénica Superior de Alcoy from 1995 to 1998, where they earned their degree in Technical Industrial Eng. in Electronic Engineering with a focus on Technology and Automation. After that, from 1998 to 2001, they studied at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and obtained a degree in Industrial Electronics and Control Systems. Finally, from 2001 to 2006, they attended Technische Universität Ilmenau, where they completed their PhD in Biomedical Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) with a research focus on Epilepsy, Neurofeedback, and Cognitive Processes.
