Scott Henry

Scott Henry is a seasoned financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Auterion since February 2024, where the focus is on advancing an operating system for autonomous computing. As the founder of S. D. Henry Strategic Services since April 2009, Scott provides strategic consulting to the global investment management community and various industries. Additional leadership roles include serving on the board of directors and chairing the audit committee for Brain Corp since October 2021, as well as advising Statespace and MindMaze. Past experience includes notable positions such as Chief Financial Officer at Skillz Inc. during its public merger and at Magic Leap, where Scott facilitated extensive transitions within the organizations.
