Marcin Radecki

Marcin Radecki has a long and varied work experience. Marcin began their career in 2001 at Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza Katedra Informatyki as a Unix System Administrator. In 2002, they joined ACC CYFRONET AGH as an IT Specialist and System Programmer. Marcin later became an IT Operations Manager and IT Service Management Consultant, contributing to the FitSM standard. In 2008, they began lecturing at Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości. From 2016 to 2018, Marcin worked at Luxoft as a Project Manager, coordinating activities related to security vulnerability remediation for a large financial institution. In 2018, they joined ABB as an IT Project Coordinator and Samsung Electronics as a Solutions Architect. Most recently, in 2021, Marcin joined MindMics as a System Engineer.

Marcin Radecki obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology between 1998 and 2003. In 2013, they obtained a Foundation in Service Management for federated IT Infrastructures according to FitSM-1:2013 from TÜV SÜD. In 2014, they obtained an Advanced Level Certificate in Service Delivery & Planning according to FitSM and an Advanced Level Certificate in Service Operation & Control according to FitSM, both from TÜV SÜD. In 2015, they obtained an Expert Certificate in IT Service Management according to FitSM from TÜV SÜD.
