We don’t chase bigger models.
We chase better ideas.

MindMorph Labs is a deep-tech research company exploring a different path for AI,
one where large models can adapt locally, efficiently, and without GPUs.

We work on forward-only learning, CPU/NPU-first training methods, and low-rank, composable updates that challenge the assumptions of traditional backprop.

Our belief is simple:
the next leap in AI won’t come from more compute…
but from rethinking how intelligence learns.

Lean. Deterministic. Accessible.
Research designed to scale by imagination, not hardware.

For investors, this means a contrarian, defensible space:
a platform that makes model adaptation cheaper, lighter, and globally available,
a solution the world will need long before it realizes why.

No backprop.
No GPUs.
Just a new way forward.

This is MindMorph Labs.
